Gustav in the neighborhood

Hurricane Gustav was only a tropical storm here that just brought a lot of wind and rain and a few feet of storm surge. Here's the view from the end of our neighborhood pier at about 5:30 yesterday evening, several hours after the storm had passed. The end of the pier is normally a few feet above dry ground.
